A few months back, Walmart was selling an Android smartphone for less than 10 bucks. Crazy cheap, right? Not compared to the new Freedom 251 that just went on sale in India.
It’s being offered by a company called Ringing Bells, and they’ve priced it at around $3.66 (Rs. 251). That might look like the price for a contract phone, but it’s not. The Freedom 251 is available for outright purchase for roughly the same price as a Happy Meal from McDonalds here in the US.
