While companies like OnePlus and Nokia have already followed in Google and Essential’s footsteps with stable Android 10 updates for a few phones released running the previous OS version, LG is today barely announcing the start of a public preview program (translated).
Unsurprisingly, G8 ThinQ users in the OEM’s homeland of Korea will get the first chance to take Android 10 for a test drive sometime this month, followed by V50 ThinQ owners in the same country at some point next month. Unfortunately, LG doesn’t seem ready to commit to a firm domestic release schedule yet, which obviously also means we have nothing to share in terms of official international rollout timelines.
