After not one, not two, but three false alarms, US-based owners of one of the best and most popular mid-range smartphones released in 2018 can truly and finally rejoice, as the official Android 9.0 Pie update appears to be rolling out on a wide scale for the unlocked Moto G6 at last.
This comes only a little over a month after the same software goodie pack was deployed for the Verizon-specific variant of the 5.7-inch handset and a horrendous five months after the G6 and G6 Play started receiving Pie-flavored treats over-the-air in other regions.
