Nintendo has officially released its new Nintendo Switch gaming console. The system consists of a portable tablet with mounts for the left and right Joy-Con motion controllers. Whereas the Wii U featured a tablet controller that was tethered to the console, the Switch’s tablet is the console and can be taken around with you wherever you’d like.
You can even use the included dock to seamlessly display content from the Switch to your television in a higher resolution than would be possible via the Switch’s 720p LCD display.
