Connected Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has already gone on record as saying that the Apple iPhone 7 “won’t have many ‘attractive selling points.” Which means that Apple could be planning on skipping the mid-cycle iPhone 7s and going straight to the Apple iPhone 8 for 2017.
According to a report published today, the major redesign for the device, which we would expect to see with this year’s model, will instead take place in 2017.
