Following the launch of the Axon 7, ZTE announced that it will be building 23 retail stores for consumers to go hands on with products. Most of these stores will be in China, but we’re expecting to see an outlet in Mexico, and some presence in Europe. For all of our high tech shopping options, is the future of technology retail a return to “brick and mortar” retail?
Tech purchases are often fairly emotional. Our gadgets need to satisfy daily tasks, but our gadgets also need to tickle our brains in some way. Whether it’s design, color options, style, status, or some other intangible, a smartphone needs to “fit” an individual.
