LG V35 ThinQ starts receiving Android 9.0 Pie update, but US will have to wait

LG is quite behind the competition when it comes to Android updates, and we don’t have anything to say that my sweeten the situation. If you own an LG flagship smartphone, chances are that you’re still stuck on Android 8.0 Oreo, although that might change in the coming months.

The South Korean company announced early this month that Android 9.0 Pie updates will be released for V30, V35, and V40 ThinQ starting in Q2 2019. We are now happy to report that one of these phones, the V35 ThinQ is now getting the promised update in South Korea.
