Microsoft is coming for Slack. On Tuesday, the company announced its chat app, Teams, has rolled out to all Office 365 customers worldwide.
Like Slack and HipChat, Teams lets coworkers talk about business (and make dumb jokes) in chat rooms and private messages. But while the former two apps might work well for smaller businesses, larger corporations with tens of thousands of users and hundreds of departments could outgrow them. That’s exactly why Uber ditched Slack last year.
