The calendar has flipped over to July 11th at LG’s headquarters in South Korea, and right on schedule, the company has announced a brand new smartphone.
The LG Q6 is the first in LG’s new Q series of devices. LG says that the Q series “offers many of LG’s most sought-out premium features at a competitive price.”
LG’s Q6 borrows the FullVision display from the LG G6, meaning that it’s got a display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and minimal bezels. The Q6 screen has a slightly lower resolution than the 2880×1440 panel found on the G6, though, coming in at a resolution of 2160×1080.
