SamMobile actually has the update OTA from Turkey in its stock right now for you to download if you have a Galaxy On7. Typical Marshmallow improvements are stocked on as well as some new twangs to TouchWiz. If you prefer to wait until you get your OTA, just keep in mind that it may take a few days.
