A version of the Verizon branded Samsung Galaxy Note 7, SM-N930V, has appeared today on the Geekbench benchmarking site. The only thing of note (no pun intended) to come out of the test is that once again the phablet carried just 4GB of RAM.
Despite rumors that the Galaxy Note 7 will come with 6GB of the sweet stuff, it is becoming increasingly clear that this quite possibly is not the case. A tweet sent out by tipster Ricciolo (@Ricciolo1) suggests that there are no versions of the Galaxy Note 7 that will be equipped with 6GB of RAM. Thus far, the Geekbench tests seem to show that he is right.
