While Foxconn works on bringing Sharp to the OLED age, Sharp still has a mature, beautiful LCD technology that it can use in products it can sell like TVs and smartphones. Maybe robots, too — you never know. And the display manufacturer is still making said products.
It supposedly has one new mid-ranger device planned and running Android Nougat, at least according to a GFXBench log of the Sharp FS8005 (no, not Sony’s F8331).
