@Pocketnow covers tablets on a basis secondary to smartphones, but even at that number two level, it’s been a fairly staid year for big slab news up until the last quarter or so. Sure, there’s the Pixel C, but until we grab hold of a retail unit, it’s all vaporware to us. And there’s also those convertibles that Microsoft seems to like so much.
But alas, we come back to the object of Steve Jobs’s puzzlement, the iPad. Apple’s tablet reigns supreme in ownership, sales and the mind-space.
